  • WHAT IS CALI STUDIO?

    We are Cali Studio. We are a Group Training Concept with the intention of elevating everyone around us.

    We’re known for accommodating our members to try new things. Allowing them to live in the space between comfort and achievement - we collectively live in the growth zone.

    Some see us as Calisthenics Gym, and some see us as Group Fitness Gym. Some see us as a cult.

    Perception is a peculiar thing. Just like everything in life, you won’t fully understand until you experience us.

    WILL I BE OKAY IF I’M A BEGINNER OR NOT ALREADY IN SHAPE?

    Don’t worry! We welcome beginners and we have a lot of them.

    Our workouts offer 5-tiered progressions for every single exercise to accommodate all.

    We look after our first-timers in every session.

    IT LOOKS HECTIC, DO I NEED TO BE FIT?

    If you've played any level of sport danced or gymed before, you'd be perfect for the studio.

    The workout is, 100%, up to you. Our programming is designed in a way where you can start as light as you want and build progressively in a safe and supported way. On conditioning days, if you need to rest, then rest! It’s as simple as that.

    To make the most of your first class, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early so we can explain the workout and introduce you to your instructor.

    “I NEED TO DO 10 PULL-UPS BEFORE I COME IN”

    NO! Of course not. That’s what we’re here for! We have a range of different resistant level bands to HELP you get there! & specialized coaches to help you along the way.

    HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GO?

    We recommend five sessions per week as an optimal number, with three sessions per week at a minimum, if you’re committed to seeing a real change in your body and energy levels.

    Our members take more than five sessions a week, but we always recommend incorporating some rest, especially if you’re just starting out. Listen to your body - if your muscles are very sore, give them time to repair.

    HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

    Our members see results fast. if you are going 3-5 times a week, you should start to see & feel a change in your body in 2 weeks.

    Your loved ones will probably see a difference in 5 weeks and your friends & crush will probably notice in 2-3 months.

    But you will notice a psychological change almost immediately. You’ll feel better about yourself, and you’ll be more motivated to work out and foster discipline & acuity.

    WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE FOR BUYING SESSIONS?

    You have three options - Buy session passes or sign up for a membership, depending on the kind of relationship you’re ready to have with us. As you’d expect, the more you commit, the more you save.

    ARE THERE DIFFERENT TIERED MEMBERSHIPS?

    We offer an unlimited session membership.

  • HOW DO I BOOK IN FOR A SESSION?

    First, download the Cali Studio App on Apple or Android and register for an account. After that, you can go ahead and reserve your spot.
