A hybrid session split between: a conditioning circuit to burn calories utilising mixed implements such as Air Bikes, Dumbbells, Kettlebells and Bodyweight movements; and
Conditioning is designed for Body Recomposition: leaning out and building muscle.

WEIGHT RESISTANCE TRAINING + CALISTHENICS METCON

MENTAL FOCUS
A hybrid session split between two groups. The first group: Weight Resistance Training to improve your heavy lift strength - expect to be performing compound lifts such as deadlifts, bench press, variation of handstand push ups and hip thrusts.
STRENGTH is designed to forge harder, stronger, more capable bodies.

A team / individual game based workout guaranteed to push your limits. It is not guaranteed you’ll be able to finish the workout.
Bond more in shared trauma with the rest of the training group to push through human limits. Flirt with the edge of exhaustion. Challenge Sessions are where you’ll get to put into practice what you’ve conditioned yourselves for during the week.
