    Enter in your bodyweight and a target weight for each lift.

    It will give you a solid strategy in choosing your weights at each attempt, based on a conservative start and ramping up or down based on previous results.

  • Your Target Weight should be your current 1RM.

    1RM is short for 1 Rep Max - which is the Maximum weight you can lift for one repetition.
